I wonder if anyone knows what ‘methods’ when applied to Turbulence Training get such fantastic results, whereas other ‘exercises’ just can’t seem to give those results?
What mixture of motivation can chisel out your abs, and what happened to nutrition? You work out for months only to diet along the way… and soon you realize you are missing out on life, only because you want to have those chiseled six pack. You feel as if you are sacrificing so much of life for those puny few hours at the beach every weekend.
With Turbulence Training, I hear you get to exercise only 3 to 4 times a week. And that is it. Your diet plan is not ‘strict’ and you get to have a healthy body. Is not that something to be aiming for? I think so. Mr. Craig Ballantyne is definitely onto something here…
